Last week, DALLAS (Dallas) Group technicians visited Zhongtian Company to conduct a three-day technical exchange and seminar with the technical staff of the company on the professional issues of oil filtration. During this period, in addition to in-depth discussions at the meeting, technicians from both sides also jointly carried out oil filtration experiments.
In the course of the experiment, our technicians and DALLAS technicians used the grease sent by a large food company in Taiwan as the experimental sample to test its various indicators, and focused on how to better reduce the acid value under the premise of maintaining good filtering effect.
After obtaining the experimental data, the technicians of both sides exchanged and discussed the optimum proportion of the additives and the proportion of the additives according to the test data. At the same time, they decided to use Zhongtian Optimal Processing System to conduct further filtration experiments on the grease samples in order to obtain more accurate data and take it as the basis of product optimization.
The acid value of oil samples was successfully reduced from 1.9KOHmg/g to 0.23KOHmg/g after filtration by the large-scale offline optimal treatment system of Zhongtian Company. The data comparison before and after use strongly proves the ability of Zhongtian Brand Optimized Processing System to effectively reduce the acid value and restore the color of oils and fats. It also proves that the polar substances and carbonyl value in oils and fats before and after using Zhongtian Brand Optimized Processing System have been greatly reduced.
