When ester hydrolyzes into acid, is oxidized or polymerized
under high temperature, the quality of oil will deteriorate in the
procedure frying. Because, if heated, the acidic and peroxide values
of the edible frying oil will increase. In recent years, many
factories attempt to decrease the acid value through chemical method
of filtration, but at last the effect was not very satisfied.

physical method of filtration.
The hydrolysis of oil into acid is mostly based on a center of
particles. If the tiny particles and impurities suspending on the
surface of frying oil have been removed, the reaction will have
nothing to center on and the speed for hydrolysis will be slowed
down greatly. If the catalyst, which attends in the oxidation and
hydrolysis of the peroxide and mixes high polymer, has been removed,
the deteriorating speed for the quality of oil will reduce greatly,
another school considered.
Sunshine LF edible frying oil filter series can get at least
-0.06MPA vacuum. The fried oil will be sucked into filtering room by
this vacuum, then filters above 5μimpurities through filter sheet
and filter compound respectively, till goes to oil tank or returns
to oil fryer directly.
